Over the Limit

It was a disaster. You were out of my limit and there 'bang' ! I am that type of person who really cant hold on my anger. When I pissed off, I try so hard to just keep the feeling inside. I will separate my world and keep aside from human for few hours or days just to keep calm and wash the pain away. But today is some kind like I cant keep this anymore. Well it too much. I dont know but it gets me so mad. I just shout and walk away and there, I sit silently and burst my anger into tears. I hate this.
